RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order once you receive it to ensure it was not damaged in shipping.  If you received a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  (Please note we may request a photo of your damaged item).  We will replace items damaged in shipping when possible. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If we have not fully processed your order, we will be happy to cancel your order.  Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Outside of what is stated above, we want all our customers to be happy customers.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email and we will do our best to work towards a resolution where possible.
